We are proud of our 100% American Service. We will never send any work outside of the country. Our primary focus is on the quality of our transcription, and we strongly believe in keeping our workforce in the USA. Many transcription services cut cost by outsourcing their workforce, but Hypertype insists on a higher standard.
Hypertype is certified through the New York State Unified Courts system to provide Legal transcription for a variety of proceedings and functions, including legal depositions, board meetings, public hearings, and City Council meetings.
Secure and Confidential Systems
All systems are fully redundant, with backup, archiving and housekeeping functions. All systems are monitored around the clock and upgraded as new software products become available.
All of our transcriptionists sign a Confidentiality Statement to Hypertype and also sign Confidentiality Statements from each client upon request. All of our software is password protected with a log file which allows constant monitoring and tracking to prevent any unauthorized access to records.
Our extensive provisions for natural disasters include a generator backup for power failure. We are set-up with a Fiber network connection powering our phones, and computer systems. Our servers are fully protected and are located outside of a flood zone for added protection from disaster.
