Free Bill Audits
We are so confident in our fair and honest pricing that we will audit up to five transcription documents that have been completed by your current MT provider for free! We will provide you with our pricing, and will also do our best to determine the pricing methods used by other transcription companies to insure we provide the best understanding of both companies’ pricing structures. Monitoring
Our team is constantly watching our incoming documents. We will release jobs that are hung up by dictators. We look for incomplete reports and add necessary information. Our goal is to be as helpful as possible to keep things flowing through the system.
Corrections
Whenever a physician makes a keying mistake we will adjust. We will make our best effort to determine physician names when they are not spelled in reports. We will correct work types when they are keyed incorrectly. We will also determine MRN when not spelled in reports.
Organization
Our team will determine correct FIN number when given no DOS. We will also help to split jobs when there is more than one dictation. We combine any admission notes with discharge summaries and we also combine addendums with original dictations.
