Medical Transcription (MT) is a type of transcription service that is specific to medical records. These reports are typically created from voice recorded dictation from clinicians, but can also come from notes taken or other spoken material.
Hypertype provides quality transcription service to Emergency Departments, Hospitals, Clinics, Physician's Offices, and HMO's. We are members of the Health Information Management Association of New York City (HIMANYC) and the NY State Health Management Association (NYHIMA).
